Green House Bristol - Beyond Therapy Festival

The Beyond Therapy Festival, hosted by Green House Bristol, was a bold and boundary-pushing gathering of survivors, artists, therapists, and activists, all committed to reimagining healing beyond the clinical frame. It was a space where creativity, community, and lived experience took centre stage, challenging conventional narratives of trauma and recovery.

Documenting the festival allowed me to witness and capture moments of raw honesty, artistic expression, and deep connection. From workshops and performances to quiet reflections and shared laughter, this body of work tells the story of a survivor-led movement carving out new language, new space, and new ways of being. Beyond Therapy wasn’t just an event, it was a cultural act of reclamation.
